Unverified:
560 AM - 95% certain this was WFIL out of Philly, though their lower power output of 5,000 watts makes me want to hold off slightly in order to absolutely confirm this station.
920 AM - Pretty sure it's WHJJ out of Providence. Same situation as 560, almost certain, but a lower power output prohibits me from confirming the station without the call letters heard.
Overall this was our best night of DXing on the medium wave AM band. An amazing find tonight was Atlanta's WSB on 750 kHz. Our furthest catch yet, with a direct transmitter to receiver distance of 1578km/980mi! It come in surprisingly well with only a little bit of fadeout. WSB is a clear channel station allowing its signal to cover most of the east coast and Midwest of the US.
More to come, as we iron out a few stations we have not confirmed, and continue to log our finds on the AM and shortwave bands!
